We develop and lead an ongoing symposia series for the international transactional leadership team of a top 4 global studio. These intensive workshops interrogate current business models across mature, emerging, and opportunity markets, and explore how transactional can leverage emerging technologies and adapt to shifting consumer behavior. Most recently, we led executives through a 6-month intensive series of interactive training and hands-on workshops to implement AI and automation across their marketing and research work streams.
